Restaurant Week , which was organized for the eighth time this year , invites Istanbul to dinner with the slogan “Come on Yemeğe!” . The event, which will take place from 20 April to 8 May 2017, invites those who want to discover new tastes with the theme of “ Localness “ . This year, they will welcome their guests by showing their local ingredients in the menu of restaurants participating in the Restaurant Week.
The restaurants that will join the Restaurant Week will offer different menu alternatives to their guests: Lunch Tastes consisting of 2 flavors will be 35 TL and Dinner Tastes consisting of 3 flavors will be 50 TL . Restaurant Week will also feature ” Tasting Mönüleri” where every restaurant can experience the most special tastes created by its chefs .
Restaurant Week will be held on April 22 at the “One Lokmada Restaurant Week” which will be held in Kanyon’s partnership with restaurants. The restaurants will present the unique taste of locusts to the Istanbulites, which are specially prepared for this festival. Throughout the event, the Canyon will continue to bring the Restaurant Week to Istanbul with Gastronomy Conversations, Social Tables and Gastro Art events.
Within the scope of the Restaurant Week there will also be events such as Taste of the Sea Food, Conversations with Chef, Gastronomy Conversations, Meetings with Cookbook Authors, Chef’s Table events, Social Table events, Gastro Art and Gastro Fashion. Nil Erdoğan, Faysal Uren, Riza Belenkaya and the kitchens of Denizli Basic, Aydin Demir, Civanir, Claudio Chinali, Nil Erdoğan, Faizal Alparslan, Fatih Göktaş, Mihta Yıldırımtaş, Deniz Ahmet Köse and Aylin Yazicioglu, Derin Arıbaş, Kaan Sakarya, Didem Senol, Dozens of cultural and milestone value-added chefs will meet with attendees at the Restaurant Week with their meals and activities.
